Through our relationships across the State of Minnesota, Greater Fergus Falls is pleased to partner with numerous providers in effort to facilitate workforce improvement and expansion. TRAINING GRANTS
+MN JOB SKILLS PARTNERSHIP
MN JOB SKILLS PARTNERSHIP
Provides up to $400,000 for customized training in partnership with educational institutions to develop new-job or retraining for existing employees in all industries.

+JOB TRAINING INCENTIVE PROGRAM
JOB TRAINING INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Provides grants up to $200,000 to businesses to utilize for trainee (new employee) wages for on-the-job training, curriculum development, training instructors, materials, supplies, equipment and more (all industries).
+MN DUAL-TRAINING PIPELINE
Up to $6,000 reimbursement for employees to pursue industry recognized certifications or degrees, combined with on-the-job training (manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, and information technology industries).

+MN APPRENTICESHIP INITIATIVE
MN APPRENTICESHIP INITIATIVE
Employers can receive up to $5,000 per employee to develop apprenticeship programs. Grant will reimburse to cover supplies, materials, training and mentor wages (manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, information technology, and transportation industries).
+SciTECHSPERIENCE INTERNSHIP GRANT
Sci-TECHSPERIENCE INTERNSHIP GRANT
Up to $2,500 (1:1 match required) for internship wages for college students majoring in science, technology, engineering, and math.
